I feel so weird to read and know that so called elite of the society in india is just don’t want to vote as if they don’t belong to this nation. After contacting almost 600 families in last two days I found that most of them are out of the country or city to make most of these 5 days long so called holidays. Are they blind or just too arrogant to know the fact that voting is our duty. It’s really strange that any sort of #education is not making them responsible or connected with the country. It’s only the worker and middle class who care to vote as they have some cultural ties with the country and feel responsible towards the society.
On other side, NRIs living in different parts of the world care so much for the country that they didn’t mind Traveling thousands of miles just to come and vote. Irrespective of their class, money, profession or any other commitments whatsoever.
Newspapers like TOI writes more about why people will not vote as if it’s optional in life and not required if you are tied up with other commitments like birthday parties, work schedule, meetings, travel etc.
This actually shows the level of modern education is. Specially the English convent #international boards which makes you globally aware but locally dumb and deaf.
It’s time to bring back Vedic Education system in the mainstream of indian education system to make us more nationalists and proud indian. Not another junk of professionals to serve MNCs.
We thought British left hence looting of India is over. No, it’s not. We are getting looted by INC India endlessly, earlier IndiraGandhi took treasures of Jaipur to Switzerland and now Sonia is taking it to Italy. I wonder why are we working? So that we fill her pockets and her family back in Italy can live in enormous luxury. This is possible only because we remained uneducated, ignorant and disconnected from the politics. I seriously urge the voters to think about Such things before voting.
It makes no sense to even live if we are just going to get robbed by this family. The wealth accumulated by them is nothing but our hard-earned money which is supposed to be used for development and infrastructure by the #government.
The time has come to get united and vote for only one party and let them stay in power for atleast two decades so that we can see some progress for coming generations. We have mistakenly given 60 years to congress and have got nothing in return. Let’s give atleast 2 decades to BJP and see india shining worldwide.
It was a great pleasure to meet Modiji personally in Gandhi Nagar during the parliament session in February 2013. After going through the formal process of his office, the staff outside was wondering why I want to meet Modiji. But when he spent more than 18 minutes with me explaining how my project of http://www.indianscriptures.com can be taken forward, their fingers were in their mouth. As expected from a great leader, Modiji helped me with all the possible queries I had. He connected me to the right people who had knowledge of our scriptures and could answer atleast few of my 500 questions I had prepared. He allowed me to take a photo with him and ensured that the photo is delivered. After I spent three weeks meeting those people I informed the CM office. He even spoke to me on the phone before I left India asking if I could manage to meet all those people and if I got the content.
